On January 12th, 2024, at the invitation of the German Ambassador Dr. Patricia Flor, we held a short, very positive review of the bazaar on December 1st, 2023 together with the sponsors of the Christmas Bazaar, employees of the German Embassy in Beijing and the bazaar team, consisting of very motivated people from the German community in Beijing. To the delight of everyone involved, the German Charity Christmas Bazaar 2023 was once again, as in previous years, a wonderful event and even more successful and successful all round, although everyone was of course a little nervous in the run-up to organising such a large event with so many guests. The charities invited to hand over donations presented their work and goals and were delighted to accept the donations to support them.
It fills us as a bazaar team with pride and happiness to be able to bring much joy to the guests of the event on the first Saturday of Advent and even more joy and support to the seven charities we support with an event from our culture, the German Charity Christmas Bazaar on the grounds of the German Embassy in Beijing, which can now look back on a tradition of more than thirty years. It’s one of the best ways to start a new year.
Together as a team, we are looking forward to starting the preparations for the German Charity Christmas Bazaar on November 30th, 2024 with Ambassador Dr. Patricia Flor. See you at the German Charity Christmas Bazaar 2024!
